Our team started in 2023 at Galena High School. We started with only a handful of members in the school’s woodshop, we went through our first season with a small team of 5 dedicated students.
Our first competition was the Las Vegas Regional, on the other side of Nevada. We came and fought, and although we didn’t win, our work was enough to impress judges, winning us the Rookie-All-Star Award and a place in the World Championships, located in Houston, TX.
Just a few short weeks later, we arrived in Houston, where we competed for several days. We achieved a 68/75 placement in our division, a great feat among hundreds of teams and tens of thousands of competitors.
As of 2024, Nearing 2025, we eagerly prepare for the next season.
